Stockport Sports 1-1 Bury FC

Saturday 6th July 2013
Pre-Season Friendly
Attendance: 204
Admission: £3 (Pre-Season Rate)

Stockport Sports play in the NWCFL and play their matches at the Stockport Sports Village which is a large sports complex. The ground is a small and clean stadium with two seated stands, the main stand at the side of the stadium and the other behind the goal. If it's food you want then 'The Hatch' is the place to be selling the hot food, but particularly useful on this hot day was the ice creams. There is also the Bar but it wasn't open till 4. Parking at the ground is good with large amounts of parking all around the ground. The staff throughout the ground are very helpful and friendly.

Admission to this match was £3 and this was the pre-season rate, during the season the price is just £5. There was a good standard of football on offer for £3. The programme, (The Saxon Scene), costs £1.50. A thoroughly professional programme with everything you want from a new programme.

At 'The Hatch' there is a large range of foods and drinks on offer at reasonable prices. The important chips were tested at £1.25 and clearly on a busy day will sell out as they aren't half bad for the price.

If you a supporter of a NWCFL team then definitely make a visit to this ground when your team take on The Saxons
